Delivery & Other Policies
All prices stated in the website is in Singapore Dollars.
The pricing will vary depend on whether you opt to self collect or require delivery. Most of our products like Bouquet, Grand Opening, Wreath etc, it is included with delivery. If you wish to self collect, please inform customer service when you order.

Note: Those who wish to buy more than one items to deliver to SAME address. You can choose self collect item plus any item that with delivery. We can send everything to the same address. For e.g. you place an order :
a) Picnic Basket - Self Collection
b) Balloon - Self Collection
c) Soft toy - Self collection
d) Flower bouquet - With Delivery
We will deliver A to D to the same address.
Order will only be confirmed when you have received our formal Order Confirmation Email( OCE). The Order Confirmation Email will only be issued after we have received your payment. DO note that OCE is not instantaneous. We need time to check for the availability of your purchase etc, before we can issue the OCE. If you did not receive the OCE after 3 hrs of payment, Please contact Customer Service.
For Urgent order, please contact Customer Service to see if we can do your order.
Deliveries will be made between 10am and 10pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am and 2pm for Sunday (including public holiday except for Chinese New year).
We offer same day delivery on orders placed online or by telephone before 10 am. After this time, delivery will be made the next day. Same day delivery is only available on Monday to Saturday. If you require special delivery that is not in the above time slot, kindly contact Customer Service @ 9010 3825. We will do our best to assist you in every way.

Delivery time could be affected due to bad weather/ traffic conditions/ no parking space and/or unforeseen circumstances etc. We will do our best to deliver in your prefer time slot.
Most of the items like flower Bouquet, Table Arrangement, Grand Opening, Wreath Stand, Hamper, Fruit Basket or Soft Toy Bouquet order etc includes local SG delivery, Except for Sentosa, Tuas or other restricted areas.
Other items like rose petal, soft toy, empty basket, balloon etc does not include delivery. $15 Delivery Charge applies to Per address for such item if buy alone.
Flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivery can be made across Singapore with the exception of neighbouring offshore islands, Changi Airport transit lounges and Paya Lebar Airport Communication Center.
Delivery to Sentosa requires additional charge of $10.
Delivery to Tuas Area requires additional charge of $10.
Sorry We dont deliver to restricted area due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
These are the restricted areas:
a) Airport Cargo Complex
b) Airline Road
c) All army camps
d) Jurong Island
e) All PSA Ports
f) Sembawang Shipyard
We do not do international delivery due to shortage of manpower. Sorry for inconvenience caused.
Self collection of your purchases is welcome. There will not be any fee charge for self collection. In fact, there is a 10% or other discount for self collection only applicable to those with delivery option. Please inform us if you want to self collect.
What if the address given is incorrect?
Incorrect addresses information that requires re-delivery will result in additional $15 surcharge.
Beautiful Thoughts Pte Ltd will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:
1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
2. Incorrect address
3. No such person at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient
Car Decoration Assemble Policy
Wedding Car Decoration is strictedly based on the booked time slot. For some reasons if buyer is unable to meet the appointed time. The next time slot will be subjected to availiability.
If there is a sudden change in the address after we have arrived at the site to install the Decoration , it will subject to extra charge of $20 per trip.
For Car Decoration installation from 11 pm to 8 am, there will be extra charge of $20 per trip subject to the availability of time slot.
If urgent delivery is required i.e. to be delivery within 4 hours after confirmation or after cut off time, there will be an additional surcharge of S$10. Please seek your understanding that we will reserve the right to turn down your request as this is subject to availability of resource.
We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before we deliver; Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable. For Promotion items, Bulk Discount items, special promotions or Special Occasions like Valentine's Day, Wedding's Event, Wedding Car Decorations etc, the above policy is not applicable. Cancellation will subject to 50% cancellation charge, once order is confirmed and paid.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reject your order if we are unable to meet your requirements. We will inform you beforehand. Once the order is rejected, a full refund will be issued on the same day.
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
For Festive Hampers, BTflorist reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability.
Refund & Exchange Policies
If you are unsatisfied with the floral arrangement and fruits that you receive, BTflorist.com will either replace the arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Request for exchange must be made within 20 hours of receipt.
Items sold are not exchangeable except for items delivered with defects. Request for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, BTflorist.com will replace the defective items at no extra charge.
Safe transactions and the protection of your privacy have always been our top priorities. BTflorist.com uses PayPal to process your payments. You will be directed to PayPal website where you enter your credit/debit card or bank account information for authentication with the bank through secured connection. We do not keep your private and confidential information at any point in time.
