Order Procedure

 

Urgent or Same day Delivery

Please call, SMS or watsapp customer service at 9010 3825 during Office Hour to check for availability of delivery time slot, before making any payment.

 

Advance Order

Please proceed to checkout your desire items to the shopping cart. Once we have received the payment and check everything is in order, we will issue an Order Confirmation Email( OCE).

 

Note: Payment DOES NOT mean order is confirmed.

Note: OCE is not Instantanous, We have to do the necessary check before we can issue one. Once we have issued, that means Order is Confirmed. ( See below for more detail about OCE)

 

If you did not receive an OCE, that means Order may have problem, our Customer Service will contact you.

 

How to Order?

 

A) Using Website to order

Steps to Order:
a) Add your desire items to the shopping cart

View your Shopping Cart ( Click on the trolley on right top hand corner)

Note: You can check your order here. Quantity can be adjust here as well.

Fill in Recipient Name, Contact , Address, Gift Note, From Whom, Delivery Date & Other instruction if any.

E.g

Instructions: Please wrap in blue.

Note: It is very important to fill up the about information. We will forward back these Keyed in Information when we issue the Email Confirmation for you to check. Any mistake please contact Customer Service Immediately. If your information is not ready, you can email or Watsapp to our customer service later on.

d) Proceed with Checkout

f) Continue to next page, payment by PayPal or Bank Deposit.

Note: For Bank Deposit through Internet Transfer or ATM, we will only process your order after we have received your money. Do not choose this mode for urgent order.

g) Log in to your PayPal account to complete the purchase Or Pay with my Credit/Debit Card for new user

g) BTFlorist will send you an
Order Confirmation Email( OCE) once we have received the payment . .Note: OCE is not Instantanous, We have to do the necessary check before we can issue one.

h) If you made payment by Paypal, Paypal will send you an email receipt. Please ignore the shipping address in the Paypal form. The delivery address is the default address when you register with Paypal. We will follow the delivery address according to what you key in at our website during the Cart level or per Order Confirmation Email.

i) After we have made the delivery, we will SMS(For local) or Email ( for Oversea) to inform you.

Order Confirmation

After you have checkout the order, the system will auto send an email to you saying we have received your order.

The order is not completedly confirmed until you have received an Order Confirmation Email(OCE) from us. The OCE will list out the item you purchase, the recipient name, message etc according to what you have keyed at Cart Page. This is not an auto process, as we need to check the availiability of your item, your prefer delivery timing etc, before we can issue an OCE. The business is not a 24 hour operation. OCE will not be issued after office hour.
