Delivery Fee
For most Items, Delivery is FREE in Singapore except for Sentosa and Tuas Area.
Delivery to Sentosa requires additional charge of $10.
Delivery to Tuas Area requires additional charge of $10.
Note: We will waive the above additional charge if you purchase more than $100.
( Does not apply to Car decoration)
Delivery Times
Deliveries will be made between 10am and 10pm, Monday to Saturday
and 10am and 2pm for Sunday (including public holiday except for Chinese New year).
Earliest Delivery Date/Time
Order that is placed & Paid today from 12 am to 10 am , the earliest delivery time is 3 to 10pm same day.
Order that is placed & paid today from 10.01 am to 5.59 pm , the earliest delivery time is 10am to 2pm the next day.
Order that is placed & Paid today from 6 pm to 11.59 pm , the earliest delivery time is 2pm to 6pm the next day.
There is no additional charge if you wish to deliver at a later date/time.
Note: For Valentine’s Day delivery timing,
Delivery time base on 2 timing : 9 to 5 pm or 5 to 10pm.
Note: Sorry , we do not practice Cash on Delivery.

For Urgent order, additional charge of $15 and is subjected to the availibility of the time slot. Please seek your understanding that we will reserve the right to turn down your request as this is subject to availability of resource.
If you require special delivery that is not in the above time slot, additional charge of $15 will incur and subject to the availiability of the time slot. Kindly contact Customer Service @ 90103825. We will do our best to assist you in every way.

Delivery time could be affected due to bad weather/ traffic conditions/ no parking space and/or unforeseen circumstances etc. We will do our best to deliver in your prefer time slot.
Delivery Info
Flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivery can be made across Singapore with the exception of neighbouring offshore islands, Changi Airport transit lounges and Paya Lebar Airport Communication Center.
Sorry we do not deliver to restricted areas as it requires great length of time to gain security clearance.
These are the restricted areas:
a) Airport Cargo Complex
b) Airline Road
c) All army camps
d) Jurong Island
e) All PSA Ports
f) Sembawang Shipyard
Self collection
With effect from 31 May 2020, we have ceased Self Collection Option. All order will be done with Delivery Service.
What if the address given is incorrect?
Incorrect addresses information that requires re-delivery will result in additional $15 surcharge.
Beautiful Thoughts Pte Ltd (BTflorist.com) will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:
1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
2. Incorrect address
3. No such person at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient
